Pokémon Presents Announced for Next Week; 35 Minutes of Updates

The official Pokémon Twitter account has announced that the next Pokémon Presents showcase will occur on August 8, 2023, at 6 AM PT/ 9 AM ET. Fans will be able to tune in via the franchise’s YouTube channel to hear various updates and news.

Details on what to expect weren’t provided, but we’ll keep you all informed. The tweet announcing this news had the Pokémon Presents logo inverted coloration a few times, so that may be a hint for what to expect.

During the latest Nintendo Direct, we were graced with a brand new trailer for the upcoming Pokémon Scarlet & Pokémon Violet Treasure of Area Zero DLC.

Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet are available for Nintendo Switch.

The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero will launch across two parts throughout this year. The first part is The Teal Mask launching in the Fall of 2023, and the second part is The Indigo Disk, which will launch in the Winter of 2023.

The Teal Mask will let players visit the land of Kitakami as part of a school trip beyond the Paldea region. In addition, a regularly held festival in the land will be conducted as players try to figure out the truth behind multiple folktales. On the other hand, The Indigo Disk will have players study as an exchange student in Blueberry Academy. Cumulatively, over 230 Pokémon will return via both DLCs.

The Teal Mask will feature new Pokémon Okidogi, Munkidori, Fezandipiti, and the new legendary Ogerpon.

Pokémon Sleep is now available on mobile devices.
