Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl Showcase Legendary Pokémon in Ramanas Park; New Trailer
The Pokémon Company dropped a trailer earlier today revealing a brand new facility for their upcoming Pokémon Diamond and Pearl remakes. This new area, called Ramanas Park, allows players to encounter a multitude of Legendary Pokémon.
In order to gain access to Ramanas Park, players will need to have made it into the Hall of Fame, which occurs after defeating each respective game’s Elite Four. Additionally, players need to gather special slates within the Sinnoh region in order to summon Legendary Pokémon on pedestals within the park.
It has been confirmed that Raikou, Entei, Suicune, and Ho-Oh will appear in Brilliant Diamond, and Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, and Lugia will appear in Shining Pearl. Trading will be available for players who wish to acquire Pokémon not native to their game version.
A pre-launch update on November 11, 2021, will make Ramanas Park available. Early purchasers will get an exclusive Platinum Style Outfit in-game as well as a Gift of Manaphy Egg via Mystery Gift. Those who pre-purchase the digital version will also receive 12 Quick Balls.
Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are releasing on the Nintendo Switch on November 19, 2021.
