Pikuniku Gets Switch and PC Release Date With New Trailer Showing Adorable Characters and Gameplay

Devolver Digital announced that the Sectordub developed adventure game Pikuniku will launch on Nintendo Switch and PC on January 24 for $12.99.

Pikuniku is set in a world where everything may look happy, but it’s not what it seems. Players will assets characters overcome their struggles through puzzle exploration as they uncover a deep state conspiracy and start a revolution. Man, that got real fast, but these characters are so cute so let’s just roll with it!

“While watching my mistress’s stepchildren play through Pikuniku, I realize this was a video game product that even an ultra-wealthy elitist like myself could enjoy,” noted Devolver Digital CFO Fork Parker.

Players will begin the journey on their own, but throughout the game, they will encounter help requests or request help themselves to play through custom designed levels for two-player cooperative play. The game also features various platforming and puzzles that players will need to get through in order to progress the story’s unique plot and discover more about the game’s world.

Pikuniku will be available for pre-order on Switch now in NA and SA, and on January 17 in the rest of the world, both with a 10% discount.
