Pikmin 3 Deluxe Demo Available Now to Test Out Story and Mission Mode

Nintendo has released a free demo for Pikmin 3 Deluxe via the Nintendo Switch eShop to test out the newest game modes.

During the demo, players can try both Story Mode and Mission Mode in single or multiplayer player. Those who enjoy the game and purchase the full game can have their progress transferred to the game when it launches on October 30. Further, those who defeat the first in the demo will unlock the Ultra-Spicy difficulty mode in the full game upon purchase.

The demo also features different difficulty settings for those trying to get owned by the enemy critters. The Ultra-Spicy mode is exclusive to this release, so it’s the perfect time to test your skills.

Pikmin 3 Deluxe has a host of new additions and enhancements, including the option to play the entire in co-op mode with a friend. There are also new side-story missions available that have co-op enabled and all of the Mission DLC from the original game’s release. Players can also invest themselves in PVP matches in Bingo Battle.

An added difficulty option will make the game easier, which includes a lock-on feature and optional hints. Players can also snap photos of their journey in the game’s photo mode.
