Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis Surpasses 11 Million Registered Users

Developer SEGA today announced that their online action RPG, Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis, has surpassed 11 million registered users. This huge milestone comes 2 years after the global release and follows the game’s latest large-scale update, known as Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis ver.2, which added the Creative Space and a plethora of quality of life improvements to the main experience.

To celebrate, a gift of 100 Star Gems and 10 Special Scratch Tickets will be given away to all players who login. Furthermore, the collaboration event with Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045 has also begun, offering a login bonus, a new AC Scratch Ticket and more.

11 million is certainly a huge milestone and I extend my congratulations to the development team for still going strong after two years.

Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis is a new MMORPG part of the PSO2 universe but is a brand new adventure offering upgraded visuals and a new narrative, amongst other quality-of-life updates.
