Persona 5: The Phantom X Will Feature New Music by Lyn
Following the announcement of Persona 5: The Phantom X for mobile devices in China, an interview was conducted with the Persona series’ creative director Kazuhisa Wada. The developer, Perfect World Games, conducted this interview.
Prominent fansite Persona Central has compiled and translated significant portions of this interview, with Wada revealing that the game will feature original music tracks with pop and rock elements. Further, Lyn, from the other Persona 5 games, will also be part of these songs.
This news is pretty significant and hype-inducing for all fans since her voice is consistently identified in tandem with Persona 5’s masterful soundtrack. For more details from this interview, be sure to check out Persona Central’s article.

This entry is being developed by Perfect World Games, the same developers behind Tower of Fantasy. There is no word on a global or even a Japanese release for this title, but considering the scale of the Persona series in recent years, we’ll likely see it appear overseas at some point; it’s just a matter of when. The title features brand-new characters, though it seems familiar faces will return. Plus, the new characters also have Phantom Thief attire, so the roots of Persona 5 have been retained.
