‘Persona 5 T’ Domain Discovery & Recent Update Suggest Potential New Title Announcement Soon
Last week, Megami Tensei fansite Persona Central identified a Persona 5 domain called P5T.JP, which fans have chosen to call Persona 5 T for the time being. Of course, this find initiated waves of speculation over Atlus potentially announcing yet another new Persona 5 entry.
This discovery alone wouldn’t be substantial, but it was updated recently in a manner (via @MbKKssTBhz5) that is apparently highly similar to previous Persona game domain updates before they were officially announced publically. In particular, they stated the behavior is “a move to the company’s owned nameservers instead of the Onamae (Japanese domain registrar) nameservers for the generic landing page.”
These domain updates tend to be indicative of new game announcements within two weeks. Persona Central cited Persona Q2, Persona 3: Dancing in Moonlight & Persona 5: Dancing in Starlight, Catherine: Full Body, Persona 5 Royal, and Persona 5 Strikers as examples.

We’ll keep you all updated about any significant announcements made. With Summer Games Fest on June 8, 2023, and Xbox Games Showcase on June 11, 2023, it’s certainly possible we may see Persona 5 T unveiled. Of course, please don’t hold your breath, but it’s worth being open to the possibility after seeing the aforementioned compelling evidence.
Personally, as unlikely as it is, I’d like this project to be a Persona 5 Strikers sequel. Alternatively, it can be a Persona 5 version of Persona 4 Arena Ultimax. Or, if we’re in the worst timeline, it could be another gacha game like Persona 5: The Phantom X. We really have no idea.
In case you missed it, new footage of a supposed Persona 3 Remake surfaced in April 2023.
