Atlus has posted the story trailer for Persona 4 Revival, showcasing more main narrative events ahead of the eventual release next year.
Throughout Persona 4, the protagonist and the rest of the party, known as the Investigation Team, unite to catch a serial killer who is throwing their victims into a bizarre world accessible only through televisions.
A new element is guarding against attacks on the field, letting you strike Shadows as they flinch, resulting in a preemptive strike. Shadows afflicted with a status ailment can be sent flying, spreading that ailment to nearby foes. Baton Pass lets party members pass turns to one another, a feature carried over from Persona 5 and Persona 3 Reload.
Prime Time is a new gauge that attacks foes with relentless attacks, dropping all skill costs to zero. Prime Time Finish concludes the state, dealing massive damage. It has also been noted that all voices in the game have been re-recorded, even minor events. Plus, there will be new songs, including the opening theme and battle music.
Persona 4 Revival will be released for Xbox Series X|S, the Microsoft Store, PlayStation 5, and Steam on February 18, 2027.
