UPDATE: Persona 4 Arena Ultimax: The Manga Coming West in August; Don’t Worry, Adachi is Confirmed

UDON Entertainment announced they will publish the English release of Persona 4 Arena Ultimax: The Manga, which has been illustrated and adapted by the mangaka Rokuro Saito for a western release.

UDON is sticking with its acquisition of the Persona manga series, Persona 4: Golden and Persona 3: The Manga. The story takes place months after the end of Atlus’ JRPG Persona 4 when the Investigation Team was promptly swept up in a strange fighting tournament run by the mysterious General Teddie.

After a long series of vicious battles, the Team defeated the mastermind. But the peace hasn’t lasted long. General Teddie returns and proclaims the start of the P-1 Climax. Then there’s the mysterious boy Sho Minazuki, and even Tohru Adachi joins the tournament.

Every two months, the publisher plans to release a new volume from Volume 1 through Volume 4, which will conclude in February 2024.
