UPDATE: Persona 3 Portable & Persona 4 Golden Launching for Modern Platforms January 2023

Atlus has announced that Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden will be launching simultaneously for modern platforms on January 19, 2023. New art was shared alongside this announcement, but there are some peculiarities worth noting. The image has Game Pass, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Windows listed. PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Steam are not shown despite them being previously confirmed.

The official tweet does simply state “modern platforms,” so PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Steam are certainly still included, but their lack of presence here is a tad odd. Persona 4 Golden is currently available on PC via Steam and no other modern platform, while Persona 3 Portable is not available on anything contemporary. We’ll be sure to keep you all updated regarding these upcoming releases.

It is also worth noting that these releases are currently digital-only, and they are the final anniversary announcements.
