Western Black Desert Online Players Asked to Transfer Accounts as Pearl Abyss Begins Self-Publishing Process

Pearl Abyss announced in December of last year that they’ll take over the publishing for their adventure MMORPG Black Desert Online in North America and Europe beginning on February 25.

Now, the developer has opened up the portal for players to begin transferring their accounts to continue playing after the February 25 date. Those who transfer will receive rewards including, Cron Stones, different types of Exchange Coupons, Combat & Skill EXP scrolls, and a Limited-Edition title “Now or Nouver”. Additional login rewards also will be made available on this date. The most coveted reward adventurers will look forward to is a cute, limited edition Tier-4 Pet.

With Pearl Abyss now publishing the game, the company has stated that they are committed to maintaining high standards of performance, server infrastructure, and community and customer service support in all supported languages for Black Desert Online. Further, Black Desert has generated over $2 billion in revenue and has drawn over 40 million players across all platforms.

Black Desert is an MMORPG available on Xbox One, PS4, PC, and mobile devices. The game has gained a lot of attention from MMORPG fans for its second life offerings and attention to high-quality animations and character customization. Players will take on quests and explore the dungeons around them as their world expands, and they create their own adventure. The game also features various modes, both PvP and PvE.
