ReedPop and Penny Arcade announced the first string of exhibitors and panels coming to PAX East 2024, taking place at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center from Thursday, March 21, through Sunday, March 24, 2024.
This prominent East Coast gaming event will feature notable exhibitors such as The Pokémon Company, Final Fantasy XIV, Quantic Dream, IllFonic, and Larian Studios, offering attendees firsthand experiences with eagerly awaited games. The expo hall will also showcase a wide array of indie games presented by publishers like Apogee Entertainment, Freedom Games, and Whitehorn Digital.
In addition to the exhibition, PAX East 2024 is packed with live events, including performances and panels with popular content creators, game developers, and industry discussions aimed at fostering inclusivity within the gaming community. Highlights include a new installment of Acquisitions Inc., panels on diverse topics from food in games to advancing inclusivity, and live entertainment in the evenings. The PAX Arena will once again host competitive esports action, while Stream Stars introduces a new format and a $5,000 prize pool competition. Attendees can also look forward to community meetups, live performances, and various gaming activities.
“PAX East last year was a big one, and 2024 looks to top it,” said Jerry Holkins, co-founder of Penny Arcade and PAX. “I can’t wait to get the show’s twentieth year underway.”
