Party Game ‘Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- Sweep the Board!’ Coming West to Switch 2024
Sega has announced that their multiplayer party game Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- Sweep the Board! will launch in the West for Nintendo Switch in 2024. This four-player title will be playable both locally and online and have players compete across a game board to become the best slayer.
Many characters from the source material will be selectable, including “Tanjiro Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma, Inosuke Hashibira, as well as the nine Hashiras.” Nezuko Kamado will be a support character. Further, the playable boards will be themed after locales from the anime, such as Mount Fujikasane and Asakusa.
Of course, given the title’s nature, several minigames will be present, with in-game events altering depending on the time of day. When it becomes nighttime, players will meet familiar characters and unite their efforts to take down demons.
