Otome Visual Novel ‘Olympia Soirée’ Gets Updated Western Opening Video; Releasing on Switch This September

Aksys Games has shared an updated opening video for Olympia Soirée. The otome visual novel by Idea Factory’s Otomate brand is one of their upcoming localized titles along with Dairoku: Ayakashimori and Variable Barricade. The company has also shared that the game is slated for a September release.

The video itself isn’t actually completely new, as the company previously shared the Japanese version of the opening during the announcement. However, it features a few notable changes. Namely the official Western logo and English credits.

Olympia Soirée tells the story of a girl who lived isolated after her clan was completely destroyed. However, she’s bound by duty to travel to Tengu Island and pick a partner with whom she can continue her lineage and save the world.

In a rigid society based on classes, she has the chance to see the clans which are based on colors but also face the marginalized “colorless” people. Through her choices, she may find a way to help them while also pursuing romance and getting to know the bachelors.

The boys shown in the opening include the red representative Akaza (CV: Yoshitsugu Matsuoka), the yellow Kuroba (CV: Tomokazu Sugita), the blue Riku (CV: Nobunaga Shimazaki). Those three represent the three major clans, but there are also the green Tokisada (CV: Yuto Uemura), the purple Yosuga (CV: Yuma Uchida), and the mysterious Himuka (CV: Shun Horie).

The game is directed by Wataru Watanabe, with illustrations by Satoi and story by Yuma Katagiri. The trio has worked together before on Nil Admirari no Tenbin. Check out the official western opening here:
