Original Novel ‘NieR:Automata YoRHa Boys’ Coming West for All You Fangirls (and Boys)
Square Enix announced they’ll be localizing the Jun Eishima written novel NieR:Automata YoRHa Boys, as a paperback coming October 13, 2020.
NieR:Automata YoRHa Boys is set in the universe of NieR:Automata and is based on the stage drama “Project YoRHa.” The story recounts the events that led up to the moments during Nier:Automata and follows a cast of characters who fans will know. The story focuses on untold moments of the formation of YoRHa Experimental Unit M, the beginning of both “curse” “and punishment,” of androids dreaming of the glory of mankind.
“This volume contains data of the time period they were “alive.” Data on the status of the time period after they “lived” is contained in other NieR:Automata novel volumes.”
NieR:Automata YoRHa Boys is written by bestselling novelist Jun Eishima, who has penned many novels based on the Final Fantasy XIII series as well as in the Drakengard series.
NieR:Automata released in 2017 on PlayStation 4 and PC, with an Xbox One release in 2018. The game follows characters by the name of 2B and 9S, in which players will experience different moments of the game. In a fusion between action, exploration, and shmup elements, the game is highly popularized for its storytelling and characters.
