Kawaii RPG ‘Orangeblood’ Gets Western PC Release Date

Playism announced that the Grafax Software-developed RPG Orangeblood will release on PC-via Steam and Playism on January 14, 2020.

To celebrate the announcement, the publisher released a new trailer showing extended gameplay. Additionally, players get a chance to check out more of the game’s dialogue scenes and characters to hold them off for the release.

Orangblood is set at the end of the 20th century on a manmade island off the coast of Okinawa. During gameplay, players will assume the role of four “kawaii” soldiers and go on a demon-killing adventure. The game features a turn-based based battle-system where players will equip firearms and swords in order to take down anything in their way. Battles are played with a party of four characters who each have their own skills and abilities that make them unique. The system is being developed to be simple yet deep to act as a starting point for anyone new to the genre.

The game was recently delayed to add new adjustments and polish to the title, but with the delay came an additional gameplay trailer.

Orangeblood is coming to PC-via Steam and Playism on January 14, 2020.
