Oniken + Odallus Collection Get Physical Release on PS4 and Switch

EastAsiaSoft announced plans to publish the JoyMasher developed retro action games Oniken: Unstoppable Edition and Odallus: The Dark Call on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in Asia the Spring, while both games will release digitally on Switch on February 8 in Europe and North America, and PS4 and Xbox One  this Spring

Additionally, the publisher has announced a physical release for both titles as a collection on PS4 and Switch called Oniken + Odallus Collection-via Playasia. The PS4 version will have 1,200 physical copies made, while the Nintendo Switch version will have 5,000 copies manufactured as a limited edition, which contains:

• A physical copy of the game (region free)
• A full-color printed manual
• An original 2 CD soundtrack
• An individually numbered collector’s certificate
• A collector’s box (with a beautifully embossed logo)

Oniken: Unstoppable Edition and Odallus: The Dark Call are both inspired by retro side-scrolling action games of the 8-bit era of gaming. The games both feature a variety of missions across multiple difficulties as well as boss battles and cinematic cutscenes. Additionally, Odallus: The Dark Call boasts 8-hours of gameplay and over 50 enemy types.
