Playism announced they will publish the SmokingWolf-developed RPG adventure One Way Heroics Plus on Nintendo Switch on June 18.
One Way Heroics Plus first release on Steam in 2015 and has players travel from the left of the screen to the right for the entirety of the game. You see, the world is being enveloped by darkness each step the player takes, but the doesn’t stop enemies and objectives from getting in the player’s way.
Each action the player takes will cause the world to disappear. The rogue-like elements of the title require players to get further and further each time and develop new skills of survival. In order to clear the game, players will need to defeat the Demon Lord, who randomly appears after a set time. Each match typically lasts about 30-minutes and players can take parts of their character to the next round.
The Switch version of the game doesn’t seem to have any additional content added. However, the controls have been optimized for the console version of the game. There are 9 different endings with over 260 items available to discover. Players can choose between 11 different classes and have the option to replay specific adventures.
