Omocat has announced that the upcoming anime adaptation of Omori will begin serialization on June 25, 2024, via Kodansha’s ‘”Monthly Afternoon” magazine.
Thankfully, Omocat has also confirmed that an English-translated version of the Omori manga adaptation is in the works, with more details set to be revealed at a later date. We’ll keep you all updated on this incoming project.

Multiple Omori cafe collaborations are in the works, with one even planned for the United States.
Omori is a Kickstarter title that reached several of its goals and has been praised by excited fans. The title is a surreal psychological horror RPGmaker game where players travel between two worlds that both conceal the same secrets. It is not for the faint of heart, as it tackles heavy subject matter and produces disturbing imagery.
Players will have to uncover the traumatic lives of the varied cast, their histories with one another, and how they can potentially accept their grief and move on.
Omori is currently available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.
