‘Olympic Games Tokyo 2020: The Official Video Game’ Celebrates Sonic’s Anniversary 30th Anniversary with a Costume of the Blue Blur
To celebrate the Olympic Games taking place this summer, Sega of America has announced that Olympic Games Tokyo 2020: The Official Video Game will be launching worldwide this June.
This title features 18 Olympic events, an avatar creator, and local and online play for up to 8 players.
Ian Curran, the President & COO at SEGA of America, had this to say regarding the title’s announcement:
“The Olympic Games are a unifying symbol of sportsmanship and competition for athletes and fans throughout the world. Tokyo 2020 channels that positive spirit into a fun, arcade-style experience for friends and family to play together as we all look forward to the start of the Olympic Games this Summer.”

Players will also be able to dress up their avatar as Sonic the Hedgehog and even compete in events with this costume on.
