Square Enix has announced that the first Octopath Traveler is now available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Additionally, Octopath Traveler II is now available on Xbox with Game Pass.
Octopath Traveler can be purchased on PSN with a bundle of the second game for $74.99. The first game itself is $59.99. The same bundle is now available on PC via Steam.
It’s also worth noting that the first game is again available on Game Pass. Both titles will be on Game Pass until January 2026.

Throughout this ambitious sequel, players control eight main characters who all face their own unique plights in different parts of Solistia. Further, they all boast unique Jobs, abilities, and even specific stories where duos of the cast interact with each other far more.
This feature was implemented following feedback from the first entry. Regarding gameplay specifics, every party member now has two Path Actions, changed depending on the time of day, adding further character variety and strategy to consider when on the road and in towns.
