Square Enix has announced that two party members from Octopath Traveler II have joined their ongoing free-to-play mobile game Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent. Hikari and Castti have joined the fray, with dedicated trailers showcasing their personalities and combative capabilities.
It’s worth noting that these characters’ conjoined arrival is only present in the game’s Japanese version, with the Western release set to receive them in the future.
Hikari and Castii also received new key character illustrations commemorating the crossover. Recently, Magnolia from Bravely Second joined Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent.
Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent is a mobile game featuring the series’ beloved HD-2D presentation, familiar combat system, and several characters, each with their own individual storylines and relationships. Players will confront countless evils across the land of Orsterra, with one’s choices determining the order and path of whose lives they experience.
