Norn9: Last Era Delayed to August 31, 2023; New Trading Card Set Announced

Aksys Games has just announced that Norn9: Last Era will be releasing on Nintendo Switch on August 31st, instead of its previously stated August 24th release date. First-run copies of the game will include an exclusive set of twelve full-color character cards included in the package. North American customers who order from the Aksys Online Store can also receive a 1.25″ metal pin of the Norn9 insignia, while supplies last.

Furthermore, the publisher has also stated that pre-orders for the Limited Edition are available through their online store. The Limited Edition includes a 15″ x 25″ cloth poster of the game’s keyart, a collectible artbook, a set of 11 vinyl Hiyoko stickers, and a 3″ acrylic keychain with chibi artwork.

Norn9: Last Era is the fan disk to Norn9: Var Commons. It contains four different story modes: Prelude, Concerto, Fuga, and Fantasia. In Prelude, players can learn how each boy boarded the titular Norn ship. In Concerto, the story is split into two parts, Sun and Moon, where the heroines and their lovers go through either a happy epilogue or a conflict where their relationship is put to the test. Next, we have Fuga, comprised of several stories from the boys’ POV. And finally, we have Fantasia, featuring a “what if” scenario of what would happen if the heroines didn’t fall in love with their group.
