Sci-fi Point-and-Click Adventure ‘Norco’ Shows Extended Gameplay
Raw Fury announced they will publish the Geography of Robots-developed sci-fi point-and-click adventure Norco on PC-via Steam at an unannounced date.
Norco is a point-and-click adventure based in the south with sci-fi themes. The game has players explore Louisiana’s swamps as the protagonist’s brother, Blake, has gone missing after their mother dies. To find him, players will need to follow a fugitive security cyborg through the refineries, strip malls, and drainage ditches of suburban New Orleans.
Norco features a pixel world full of detail where players will navigate through a world of uncertainty and moral ambiguity as they venture deeper into the swamp to unravel the threads left by Blake. Gameplay mechanics allow you to fight, sneak or fast-talk your way past any hometown bullies, security contractors, or death cults that stand in your way.
The game features a retro-style way of telling its story similar to point-and-click adventure games of our past. The text appears on the sides of the screen as players interact with the world and make choices during dialogue. It seems like these choices will impact the narrative, but more details about the game will be revealed soon.
