UPDATE 7/25/2022: The new artwork has been officially released, viewable below:
Apparel retailer Super Groupies has announced that they will be hosting a Kingdom Hearts 20th Anniversary Pop-Up Store from July 29 through August 2, 2022, on the third floor of Seibu Ikebukuro, Japan. At the venue, they will be showcasing a total of 45 collaborative Kingdom Hearts-themed items.
Additionally, customer bonus incentives were revealed, namely two postcards depicting Sora, Roxas, and Ventus. The first type of postcard will be illustrated by Tetsuya Nomura himself. In contrast, the second version will be “live-action,” likely implying that real-life actors will be cosplaying the characters. It is not specified whether the Nomura artwork will be new, but considering Nomura’s other clothing-brand collaborations, new art is likely.
The Nomura illustration will be obtainable by any affiliated vendor, while the “live-action” postcard will be exclusively receivable via the online Sogo & Seibu storefront. The method to earn these postcards results from purchasing a currently unspecified special item. Further, no images of these postcards have been shared yet.

In Kingdom Hearts IV, Sora is in Quadratum with Strelitzia, a prominent character from Kingdom Hearts Union χ. This setting is an afterworld for the two characters following their tragic fates. Additionally, this new saga has been titled the Lost Master Arc. Further, some combat footage was showcased, with Sora performing Keyblade transformations against a giant entity that seems to be a Heartless? We don’t know for sure.
“The heart resides within the soul, which in turn is guided by fate to its rightful place” is a crucial phrase used at the start of this trailer for the upcoming mainline game.
