Adventure RPG ‘Noel The Mortal Fate’ to Release Only Season 1 – 3 This Week to Improve Localization Quality of Later Seasons

Playism has confirmed that the Vaka Game Magazine and Kanawo-developed adventure RPG Noel The Mortal Fate will release Season 1 – 3 on PC-via Steam on November 25.

The developer wrote in a statement that the team plans to have Seasons 4 – 7 available after November 26 and patched in as soon as possible. The team plans that this will last less than two weeks to fix. The delay was made after the publisher wanted to improve the later seasons’ localization quality for players to enjoy.

While the game is playable after launch, the patch would be needed to play the updated translation.

Noel The Mortal Fate first released in 2016, selling over 310,000 copies and receiving a novelization and drama CD. The game is currently in development to release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch, which will also come west.

Noel The Mortal Fate tells the story of Noel Cerquetti, the daughter of a pianist who swears revenge on Mayor Burrows for entrapping her, which leads her to join forces with the devil known as Caron. As they plot their revenge against the mayor, they encounter an eclectic and unique cast of characters, both friendly and not.

Each season features a variety of characters who have their own personalities and goals. The narrative is then intertwined with one larger storyline that will find the duo in casinos, strategy simulations, and hardcore battles. The game features RPG systems and item management as you make your way through the environments and progress the narrative.
