No More Heroes and No More Heroes 2: Desperate Stuggle Coming to Steam Next Week

Publisher XSEED has announced they’re releasing PC versions of No More Heroes and No More Heroes 2: Desperate Stuggle. Both games were released on Switch last year and will be available on Steam on June 9. Pages for No More Heroes and No More Heroes 2 are now available on Valve’s storefront.

Developed by Grasshopper Manufacture, the series tells the story of Travis Touchdown. After becoming an assassin, he decides to take the first place in the UAA (United Assassins Association) by fighting the ones who’re ranked better than him. The games then offer over-the-top hack’n’slash combat with multiple missions to do.

The games have an absurd narrative filled with the quirky tone of Suda51’s works. Travis is an oddball otaku who can use wrestling moves as well as his traditional beam katana. In the second game, it’s also possible to play as two other characters and experience 8-bit minigames.

Besides the date, the company has also released two trailers for the announcement, which can be seen on XSEED’s official page:
