No More Heroes 3 Shows Off New Gameplay and Release Date

During the February Nintendo Direct, SUDA51 and Grasshopper Manufacture announced that No More Heroes 3 will launch on Nintendo Switch on August 27.

Along with the announcement, new gameplay was shown off some of the action systems and what Travis can do during the game. This includes doing things like odd jobs and taking on quests to earn money that will upgrade his equipment. Additionally, we get a preview of the alien threat that Travis will face off against.

No More Heroes 3 takes place nine years after the events of No More Heroes 2 and two years after Travis Strikes’ events. Players will find out that Damon is now the CEO of the urban renewal company Utopinia, which utilizes alien technology. Well, a huge spaceship has just appeared led by FU and a group of eight other aliens. It ends up not being the reunion that Damon expects as FU and his alien force decided to use the disguise of superheroes to cause trouble. It’s now up to Travis Touchdown to stop the group, even though they are hailed as heroes.
