NIS America Reveals New Logo For Foreseeable Future

Publisher NIS America has announced that they will be updating its logo and its official branding in Spring 2022. This new logo lacks the vibrant coloration of their original logo, though it is far more Japanese in aesthetic, looking akin to calligraphy brush strokes. Additionally, this new branding looks similar to Nippon Ichi Software’s, likely to provide a stronger sense of cohesive identity.

NIS America announced that Disgaea 6 Complete will launch on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC-via Steam in Summer 2022. This is essentially Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny which previously was a Nintendo Switch exclusive in the west.

This version of the game will include all previously released DLC and will be the first Disgaea game to be released on PS5. The publisher released a new trailer that highlights gameplay and shows what players can expect from this new platform release. One thing is for sure, the game will likely have a better framerate than its Switch counterpart.
