Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack Revealed Adds N64 and Sega Genesis Games
During today’s Nintendo Direct, a new Nintendo Online membership tier service was revealed. This membership will require more money than the standard subscription currently available, but it will include more games available to users.
As a plan of the content, players are able to play N64 games on the Switch include Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Mario Tennis, Starfox 64, and more. Further, the content will include Sega Genesis games.
This service is dubbed Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack launching in late October. Users will be able to use the existing plan or change over to the new plan. More details of the plan including pricing will be revealed later.
Lastly, Nintendo Switch Online members can purchase wireless N64 and Sega Genesis controllers to use while playing. This is the best way to faithfully play these games.
