Nintendo Indie World Showcase Coming Tomorrow; Promises New Indie Announcements for Nintendo Switch
Nintendo has announced a new Indie World Showcase for April 19, 2023 at 9 a.m. PT/12 p.m. ET. The video presentation will have 20 minutes, and the company promises “reveals, announcements, and updates on indie games for Nintendo Switch”, meaning there should be at least some new projects to expect in the showcase.
The Indie World Showcase is a recurrent “Nintendo Direct” focused on indie titles coming to Switch. On previous events, the highlighted titles included games such as Blanc, Storyteller, Rogue Legacy 2, Goodbye World, Inscryption, Aka, Sports Story, A Space for the Unbound, ONI: Road to be the Mightiest Oni, Have a Nice Death, Desta: The Memories Between, Curse of the Sea Rats, Dordogne, Coffee Talk: Episode 2, and many others.
Looking at the eShop options of upcoming indie titles for Switch, the list of games which may show up in the new presentation include:
