Nintendo has announced that their next Indie World Showcase will premiere tomorrow, November 14, 2023, at 9 AM PT. Fans can anticipate 20 minutes of updates and new announcements for indie titles releasing for the Nintendo Switch.
There has been no word on the exact games that fans should expect, but there is one on practically everyone’s mind: Hollow Knight: Silksong.
Hollow Knight: Silksong has remained elusive for multiple years now, leaving many to ponder on whether it perhaps shifted to another timeline. However, developer Team Cherry’s marketer and public relations person, Matthew Griffin, shared a significant tweet regarding the title’s development.
He admitted that, initially, the team wanted to launch Hollow Knight: Silksong in the first half of this year. But as we know by now, with the first half of 2023 soon ending, that has not occurred. Unfortunately, Griffin did not provide news on a clearer release timeframe. Still, he noted that the game has grown “quite big,” and they are ensuring that they are working on the title’s quality to ensure it’s at its high as possible.
