There has been some speculation regarding a new Xenoblade project announcement due to recent news regarding one of the series’ composers.

The official Twitter account for Yasunori Mitsuda, a composer for Xenoblade Chronicles and Xenoblade Chronicles 2, has announced that there’s a chance of his next involved project being announced next month at the earliest if luck permits it.

There is obviously no confirmation if this new announcement will pertain to the currently unconfirmed Xenoblade Chronicles 3, but it’s definitely a possibility. Xenoblade Chronicles 2 was essentially a Nintendo Switch launch title, so the next numbered entry has been hyped up by fans for quite a while.
