Ninja Action Game ‘Ninjala’ Reveals Open Beta For Later This Month
GungHo Online Entertainment announced that their ninja gum action game, Ninjala, will have an open beta take place from April 28 through April 29.
The beta can be downloaded from the Nintendo eShop and players will not need a Nintendo Switch Online subscription to play. The beta will feature an 8-player battle royale mode and a training mode. Players are also able to utilize 4 of the game’s 12 weapons, the Ippon Katana, Drill Beat, SK8 Hammer, and Trick Ball.
Additionally, a new developer diary has been released which provides details on the game’s modes and features.
Ninjala is an online PvP game where players will assume the role of ninjas who can race around the city as they dual against opponents. Players choose from several playable characters to play in a few different modes. Players can enter an eight-player free-for-all or 4v4 team match.
The game also takes a vertical form as the characters are able to blow bubbles that allow them to run up the sides of buildings. In the game, players are able to craft new weapons and will battle for points and rank as they upgrade their Ninja Gum status during fights.
Ninjala will release on Nintendo Switch as a free download on the Nintendo eShop on May 28.
