GungHo Online Entertainment has launched a collaboration between their ninja gum action game, Ninjala, the Capcom-developer action game Monster Hunter Rise.
From now until May 26, players can receive a few Monster Hunter Rise-inspired items from the Specialty Shop in Ninjala, including avatar costumes:
- Kamura Style – based on the Kamura Armor – it’s the perfect attire to start a new adventure.
- Rathalos Style – made up of Rathalos armor set pieces. It’s a lot easier to get here if you don’t have to farm any Rathalos drops.
- Aknosom Style – based on the Aknosom Armor. This metal suit might not keep you protected any more than other skins, but this “knight in shining armor” also goes along nicely with Season 5’s fairy tale theme.
Further, three new emotes players can cook up from monster meat with BBQ Success, but you could also get BBQ Fail. Players can sharpen their weapons before fights to sell the collaboration effort. Players will be able to take the form of a Palico and Palamute with the new Gum Utsusemi.
Ninjala will feature an in-game currency known as Jala, which can be purchased from the Nintendo eShop. This currency can be used for costumes, emotes, stickers, and other cosmetic enhancements. The game has a free-to-play online PvP mode where players will assume the role of ninjas who can race around the city as they dual against opponents. Players choose from several playable characters to play in a few different modes. Players can enter an eight-player free-for-all or 4v4 team match.
