Redhill Games reveals gameplay from the first alpha of their tactical team-based shooter Nine to Five, in development for PC.
The developer has revealed that they plan to host another closed alpha on PC on June 4 and those interested can register now at the game’s website.
“We believe shooters can be smarter — and smarter can be more fun. We want teamwork to triumph over brute force and reflexes, giving players a refined shooting experience with the freedom to customize your game plan as you see fit,” said Redhill Games CEO Matias Myllyrinne. “You can expect plenty of rough edges and thrilling surprises in the alpha, and we’ll be engaging closely with the community for your feedback on day one.”
Nine to Five is set in the near-future where corporations rule everything and the job of a mercenary isn’t out of the ordinary. Players will group up in squads of three to face off against three other teams across three rounds of alternating objectives. Each round affects the next and last 15 minutes per match.
We’ll be sure to keep you updated on the development of Nine to Five.
