Yoko Taro & Yosuke Saito Working on Project Separate from NieR; Announcement Planned 2024
At the G-STAR 2023 event in Korea, during the “A meeting to talk incessantly about the production of NieR Automata,” NieR series creator Yoko Taro and NieR series producer Yosuke Saito teased and elucidated upcoming developments.
In particular, Saito told NieR fans that as long as Taro lives, the development of the franchise will continue. However, no specific upcoming titles were stated alongside this reassurance.
Additionally, Saito and Taro are working on a project separate from NieR that, while not yet specified, is planned to be discussed sometime next year.

NieR:Automata The End of YoRHa Edition is now available for Nintendo Switch worldwide. The first iteration of the game, simply NieR:Automata, is available for PlayStation 4, Xbox, and PC, with the Xbox version containing the colosseum DLC sans extra purchases.
