NieR Desktop PCs Officially Announced; 4 Cosmetic Versions & 3 Types + Exclusive Wallpapers

Shockingly, Square Enix has announced that the NieR series is receiving official desktop PCs. A translated summation of the available information regarding these unexpected products is viewable below via our team’s Ryuji:

“In collaboration with custom PC maker, Elsa Galuda, we are proud to announce the first-ever NieR:Automata and NieR Replicant desktop PC. There are three different configuration specs.”

Pre-Order Period: July 14, 2022 to August 8, 2022. The shipment date for all of the PCs is September 7, 2022. Once the pre-order period concludes, the Elsa Galuda website will still have these PCs available. 

Each PC has a NieR:Automata and a NieR:Replicant main variant, which is divided into three models, each with the following specs (All prices are in today’s rates):

Entry Model (~USD 1,573.99)

• CPU: Intel Core i3 10105F
• GPU: ELSA GeForce RTX 2060 S.A.C
• Motherboard: ASRock B560M Steel Legend
• RAM: 16 GB DDR4-3200, running in dual-channel mode.

Here’s how it works:

So you first choose which character you want. NieR:Automata has 2B and 9S variants and NieR Replicant has Emil and Nier versions.

After you’ve chosen your character, you choose one of the three models listed above, each with different prices and specs. 

The PC you get will come with a custom wallpaper and a custom mousepad. The wallpaper varies depending on which character you chose upon purchase.

NieR:Automata released in 2017 on PlayStation 4 and PC, with an Xbox One release in 2018. The game follows the stories of androids 2B and 9S, who are part of an elite military force called YoRHa. In a fusion between action, exploration, and shmup elements, the game is very popular for its storytelling and characters. Additionally, the game is a sequel to NieR Replicant/ NieR Gestalt.
