New NieR:Automata 2B Figure Available for Pre-Order, Includes Pod 042 & Removable Blindfold; January 2024 Shipment

Aniplex has opened pre-orders for a new 2B figure explicitly stated as based on her appearance in the NieR:Automata Ver1.1a anime, though it’s essentially the same as her self in the game.

2B has been faithfully recreated with a variety of customization, as customers will be able to swap between different facial expressions, remove her blindfold, initiate intricate posing thanks to the moveable joints, and make stances with the provided Pod 042.

You can view official images of this upcoming figure via our gallery below:

You can pre-order this figure from the Aniplex Plus storefront for ¥12,000, but note that they don’t natively accept international orders, so you’ll have to use a proxy service. Additionally, pre-orders will only be available until the end of July 31, 2023, Japan Time, with shipments expected to occur on January 2024.

NieR:Automata The End of YoRHa Edition is now available for Nintendo Switch worldwide. The first iteration of the game, simply NieR:Automata, is available for PlayStation 4, Xbox, and PC, with the Xbox version containing the colosseum DLC sans extra purchases.

The Switch version has a physical release with a reversible cover, and it is not a Cloud version. It includes all existing DLC and new NieR Replicant & Re[in]carnation costumes.

NieR:Automata was initially released in 2017 on PlayStation 4 and PC, with an Xbox One release in 2018. The game follows characters named 2B and 9S, who are agents of Yorha, an organization tasked with various combative and information-gathering missions. This entry became highly popularized for its storytelling and characters in a fusion of action, exploration, and shmup elements.
