New TailsTube Episode Featuring Amy Rose Discusses Sonic Time Travel

Sega has shared the fourth episode of their ongoing TailsTube series, where the titular host invites various guests from the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise while discussing their character traits, lore, and more related details.

This new episode features Tails and his special guest Amy Rose, with the latter talking about how she first met Sonic throughout the events of Sonic CD. Then, Knuckles brusquely inquires about why multiple Sonics are sometimes running around. Tails proceeds to explain it using the events of Sonic Generations as the primary example.

It’s neat to see this series return; I thought it wouldn’t after Frontiers was released.

Sega announced that Sonic Colors: Ultimate is now on PC via Steam.

Sonic Frontiers is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.

Throughout  Sonic Frontiers, Sonic finds himself stranded on the Starfall Islands after being separated from his friends, Tails, and Amy. A mysterious AI-like voice then begins guiding him to find the Chaos Emeralds and defeat the island’s Titans, which will supposedly save his friends. However, a new character, Sage, is impeding Sonic on his quest to do so.

Sonic Frontiers features an “open-zone” gameplay style, where players will freely explore five distinct islands housing unique biomes, puzzles, enemies, and more. Combat is a direct focus this time, with several enemy types to best and a skill tree to peruse. Moreover, the Cyber space levels provide some familiar speed-centric linearity veteran fans can embrace.

Massive updates are planned to launch throughout this year.
