New Pokémon Anime Series Titled “Pokémon Horizons: The Series”; New Trailer

The Pokémon Company has announced that the brand-new Pokémon anime will be titled Pokémon Horizons: The Series. As previously stated, Japanese fans can look forward to an hour-long special premiere on April 14, 2023, though there is no precise word on when Global fans can look forward to the debut episode.

With Ash finally moving on as the anime’s protagonist, two new characters will now take on that multi-faceted role; Liko and Roy. The former is described as the “girl with the awe-inspiring pendant,” while the latter is the “boy with the mysterious Poké Ball.” Other new characters include Friede and Captain Pikachu.
