In a new PlayStation blog post, it was revealed that Sony is working on a brand new VR System for PlayStation 5. They boast that alongside expected enhancements from the PlayStation 4 iteration, the PlayStation 5 VR System utilizes a single cord, making it incredibly simple to set up.
There will also be a new VR controller, which will include some features that made their way into the PlayStation 5’s Dualsense controller, with ergonomics being the primary focus. There is currently no specified release date for this new VR System, but Sony has stated that it will not be releasing in 2021, as they are still in the midst of development.
