Nintendo has announced that the Switch has received a new notable update, version 14.0.0, where players can finally group their software into categories. Firstly, it is worth noting that this functionality is only available when users have at least 12 software titles on their system, and up to 100 groups can be created, with 200 titles per group.
On the ‘All Software’ menu, users must press L to view and create groups. Then, selected titles can be rearranged in desired orders with groups having custom names. Read the latest post on the Nintendo Support website for more information on this update.
Kirby and the Forgotten Land is the newest game in the Kirby franchise, bringing it to a new dimension. All previous mainline titles were 2D platformers, even when some of those featured 3D assets. As players get to explore abandoned areas from a past civilization, this will likely add new elements to the dark lore hidden in the series. (This is not a joke.)
Besides being able to move around freely through the stages, Forgotten Land will include the traditional copy abilities, some of which are shown in the video. By inhaling enemies, Kirby can copy their powers using distinct movesets to advance through the areas and beat down enemies on his way.
Kirby and the Forgotten Land will launch for Nintendo Switch on March 25, 2022. Check out our preview.
