New NieR:Automata Anime Information Arriving September 2022
Following the initial reveal of the NieR:Automata anime adaptation, Aniplex has announced that it will be receiving new information next month, on September 24, 2022, at the Aniplex Online Festival.
While the event will be in-person at Yokohama, an online broadcast will be occurring for free. However, details on what specifics to expect were not provided. We’ll be sure to keep you all updated on any significant news this highly-awaited anime will receive.

NieR:Automata released in 2017 on PlayStation 4 and PC, with an Xbox One release in 2018. The game follows the stories of androids 2B and 9S, who are part of an elite military force called YoRHa. In a fusion between action, exploration, and shmup elements, the game is very popular for its storytelling and characters. Additionally, it’s a sequel to NieR Replicant/ NieR Gestalt. A Nintendo Switch port is releasing October 2022.
