New God of War PC Trailer Emphasizes The Epicness of Ultra Widescreen

The official PlayStation Youtube channel has shared a new trailer for the upcoming PC release of God of War (2018), simply showcasing the undeniable beauty depicted by Ultra Widescreen’s incorporation.

You can view this new trailer for God of War (2018) below:

This release of the game aims to deliver an authentic 4K resolution experience supported by an unlocked framerate, NVIDIA Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS) integration, and 21:9 ultra-widescreen support.

Controller support and keyboard customization are also planned, with non-DualShock/DualSense controllers having planned usability.

Purchasers of the PC version of God of War (2018) will receive the following content:

  • Death’s Vow Armor Sets for Kratos and Atreus
  • Exile’s Guardian Shield Skin
  • Buckler of the Forge Shield Skin
  • Shining Elven Soul Shield Skin
  • Dökkenshieldr Shield Skin

God of War (2018) is releasing for PC via Steam tomorrow, January 14, 2022.

This title occurs before the highly anticipated God of War Ragnarök, which follows Kratos and Atreus on their quest to stop Ragnarök. Santa Monica Studio teased a trailer at the last PlayStation Showcase showcasing some exhilarating cinematics and gameplay. However, Santa Monica Studio explained earlier this year that the long-awaited sequel would be delayed until next year.

As a result, there is no official release date yet, but God of War Ragnarök will be released in 2022 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
