New Apex Legends Trailer Focuses on the Lore of the Upcoming Seer

Publisher EA and developer Respawn Entertainment have uploaded a new trailer for Apex Legends, revolving around the lore of the character Seer. Award-winning animator, illustrator, and director Robert Valley, known for notable other works such as Tron: Uprising, aided in creating this stylish trailer.

Additionally, players can look forward to EA Play Live on July 22 at 10 AM PT/ 1 PM ET as it will reveal new content for Apex Legends: Emergence, a new season for the critically acclaimed shooter. This content’s release date will be revealed for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Origin and Steam.

The Emergence season aims to provide veteran players with more enjoyability and modes such as a brand new ranked experience, shaking up the progression systems, and looking to alter the staleness that has plagued the title. Apex Legends is a free-to-play battle royale that has earned a plethora of dedicated players thanks to its drive to redefine the battle royale genre. Focusing more on strategic gunplay than contemporaries like Fortnite, the appeal of this free-to-play experience is all too apparent.
