Neptunia X Senran Kagura: Ninja Wars Official Website Updated; Goddess Character Renders, Profiles, and Combat Overview

Publisher Idea Factory International has updated the official website for the upcoming Neptunia X Senran Kagura: Ninja Wars, providing character renders, profiles, and an overview of the combat system.

Combat is quick and simple to parse. First, players must slay enemies to accumulate Ninja Art Skill gauges that will allow the usage of powerful techniques. Then, Ninja Art Skills can chain together, leading to mesmerizing combos. Additionally, Shinobi Extreme is a special attack that can be performed once the EX gauge is at its maximum state.

Fuurinkazan Drive is another battle mechanic, and this one awakens characters into strengthened states that provide varying benefits such as differing battle types; Wind, Mountain, Fire, and Forest.

Character renders, and profile descriptions for the Neptunia goddesses were provided, which you can view below:

Initially titled Senran Nin Nin Ninja Taisen Neptune: Shoujo-tachi no Kyouen in Japan, the game features characters from across both series through an action RPG narrative. The game is a hack and slash adventure where players assume the role of either the goddesses or Ninja students to fight against waves of enemies and bosses.

The story revolves around the national struggle of the Daimyo of each country, which initiates the Super Ninja War; probably more exposition than we needed to get these two franchises together.

Neptunia X Senran Kagura: Ninja Wars is releasing for PlayStation 4 for North America on October 26, 2021, and October 29, 2021, for Europe.
