NEO: The World Ends With You One-Shot Manga by Shiro Amano Released

The official Japanese PR account for The World Ends With You announced that in celebration of NEO: The World Ends With You’s PC release on the Epic Games Store, artist Shiro Amano has drawn a one-shot manga of the title.

Amano is most prominently known for their work on the various manga for the Kingdom Hearts series, with the one for Kingdom Hearts III still ongoing.

Unfortunately, this one-shot is only available in Japanese, but considering its brief length, an official English translation, or more likely a fan one, is certainly plausible. You can read this manga on Gangan Online’s official website for free.

NEO: The World Ends With You is available for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via the Epic Games store.

The story of NEO: The World Ends With You takes place in Shibuya. However, the main protagonist, Rindo, felt like something was off, which leads him to witness a psychic battle in the center of the Scramble Crossing. This is when he’s introduced to the “Reapers’ Game.” Sadly, this game comes with a few life-threatening rules: You cease to exist if you don’t win. So now, Rindo and his friend Fret fight against other players to find a way home.
