2019 April Fools Joke Becomes Reality With ‘Nekopara: Catboys Paradise’ Coming This Summer for Free

Nekoworks announced that they will develop what was assumed to be a 2019 April Fools joke, Nekopara: Catboys Paradise, on PC and iOS and Android devices in Summer 2021.

Nekopara: Catboys Paradise will release for free and the developer let fans know that they will actually be releasing the game this time. Further, the game will feature noteworthy voice actors to lend their skill to bless our ears.

Nekopara: Catboys Paradise has players take ownership over a cafe after their grandfather’s passing. The goal here is to bring honor to the grandfather and make sure the cafe stays open. However, running a cafe is a tough business, and that’s when four cats appear who will help out until the very end. It’s not totally uncommon in this world for humanoid cat hunks to appear and help out.

Nekopara: Catboys Paradise will feature four different characters who can be romanced during the game. Each character has their own unique cat-pursonality and will most likely have us fighting over who is best boy. It’s not known whether this will be an actual series or not, but hey, I’m not complaining about comedic romance visual novels.
