Narrative Visual Novel ‘If Found’ Gets New Trailer and Release Date

Annapurna Interactive announced that the Dreamfeel-developed narrative visual novel If Found will launch on PC-via Steam and Apple Arcade on May 19.

If Found tells the story of Kasio. It was December 31, 1993, when she destroyed her diary. Players explore the angst and conflict between her and her family as she returns home to the West of Ireland. The narrative follows the friends she makes and the various challenges that she encounters. The story then leads to a night when a black hole aims to destroy the entire world. Whether she can stop or not is to be seen, but she’ll need to deal with some stuff first.

During gameplay, players will witness the hand-drawn art that aims to tell the story using player interaction and stunning visual imagery. Throughout that December of 1993, players learn a lot about Kasio and her world, both happy and painful.

The developer also shares that the story includes, “awkward crushes, the planet Jupiter, many kisses, a punk concert, confusion, happiness, a cute dog, and a break-in.”

Additionally, the publisher released a new trailer showing the game’s narrative delivery style as well as introducing some of the characters and situations.
